NZMS Scientific Food Allergen seminar aims to build confidence and provide guidance to food manufacturers on managing allergens in food and beverages. It will cover a range of food allergen management topics as well as demonstrations of Romer Labs allergen testing products. NZMS Scientific is presenting two international guest speakers; Georgina Christensen expert in Allergen Management, Food Labelling and Product Development from Allergen Bureau (Australia/New Zealand) and Romer Labs Allergen expert (Singapore).The seminar will also include a NZ food industry perspective on allergen management experience.
